LAUREA HOUSE™ was designed as a private tropical sanctuary, combining the clean lines of modern architecture with the warmth of natural textures and open-air living. Each elevation of the villa tells a story — from the commanding front façade with stone cladding and geometric forms to the tranquil backyard with a resort-style pool, in-water loungers, and a sunken firepit lounge.
